We currently offer local delivery within a 10 mile radius from any of our Dirty Dogs & Meow locations. We use your zip code to authenticate delivery eligibility.
You don’t have to! All of our monthly Dirty Deals specials will automatically be advertised as the discounted price.
You may purchase a physical gift card at any of our local locations. Gift Cards are only able to be used for products purchased at a physical Dirty Dogs & Meow location.

Returns

We accept all food and supplements returns as long as you still have the packaging that it came in!
We want our customers to be happy with the products they purchase from us. We accept returns on all food and supplements with original packaging. We do not accept returns on toys, collars, leashes, harnesses or beds.
We accept all food and supplements returns for customers that have an Account on www.dirtydogs.com. Returns must be in the original packaging that the product came in. Grooming

Yes! You are welcome to bring your own shampoo or conditioner even though it's included in all of your services.
Every dog is different but generally most dogs take between 1-2 hours. Small dogs with short hair tend to take less time to groom and big dogs with long hair tend to take more time.
It is the goal of Dirty Dogs and our groomers to make your pet’s grooming experience as stress-free as possible. Where feasible, we will work to de-mat/brush out your dog’s coat, but only when it would not cause excessive pain and suffering to attempt to do so. Knotted coats can cause a variety of skin and health problems. Matted fur also pulls and binds, causing pain to your pet when they move or lay on the mats. The skin underneath is usually raw and inflamed.
All dogs are under close supervision during their entire groom. There is a zero tolerance policy for aggressive dogs in the salon. We also don’t overcrowd our salon with too many dogs at one time.

Rewards Program

Yes! We have a buy 12 get 1 free program on all of our dry and frozen dog food. It works just like the punch card you use at the car wash except ours is digital so you don’t have to worry about keeping it in your wallet.
You earn one point for every dollar you spend with us.
Yes! Points and Frequent Food Cards are tracked and able to be redeemed online or in store. We use your email and phone number to identify and track your purchases. When in store simply enter your phone number on one of the tablets at the register when you are checking out. When checking out online, please be sure you are logged into your Account to earn points on your purchase.
No your points will not expire.
No. All you need to do is get the same size and brand. You can rotate between different proteins and recipes.
Once logged into your account, the green rewards button will automatically appear at the bottom right hand corner of the website. Simply click on it and a box will appear with all of your available rewards. Claim the reward you wish to redeem and a code will appear that will need to be copied and pasted in the check out screen. Be sure to add your reward item(s) to your cart. Your unique reward code can be pasted in the discount code box, before continuing to pay for your order.
Once logged into your account, the green rewards button will automatically appear at the bottom right hand corner of the website. Simply click on it and a box will appear with all of your available rewards that can be claimed along with how far away you are to your next reward.
Products that are redeemed with pack points can only be added to one time purchases. They can not be added to subscription orders.

Auto Ship

Nope! If you're not home, the driver will leave your package at the door or with your doorman.

You will be able to: change your next order date, change the frequency of your subscription, pause your subscription, update your address and payment information, manage upcoming orders, and review your transaction history.
Log into your account (https://dirtydogs.com/account/login) OR click “My Account” if already logged in. Click “Manage Subscription” then click “Payment Information.” Enter your “Updated Information” and click “Save Changes.”
Once logged into your account, there will be an option in orange bold letters that says “Manage Subscription.” After clicking on it there will be a section titled “Subscription Status," from here you can pause your subscription. New subscriptions require at least two fulfillments before being able to pause and/or make changes to them.
