SUMMARY:
Manages operations and activities of store and staff; executes company policies, procedures, and programs to meet or exceed sales and gross margin goals.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for ensuring their staff give great customer service as well as meet store sales and profitability goals. Includes: training, supervising and evaluating staff. Coordinates all store activities in a manner that maximizes sales, profits, and customer satisfaction.

Supervises the interviewing, selection, hiring, and training of all associates.

Maintains a high level of customer service by ensuring that service standards are high and that complaints from customers are quickly resolved.

Supervises freight process to ensure compliance to company guidelines and productivity standards.

Maintains interior and exterior store standards; ensures merchandise presentation is in accordance with company direction.

Implements safety and shrink best practices.

Manages and supervises office functions, payroll, and controllable expenses.

Develops and implements creative plans to increase store sales and decrease loss.

Manages and maintains required inventory levels.

Maintains communication with district/regional managers to stay abreast of company initiatives.

Provides human resource management, including but not limited to staffing plans, performance evaluations, and training and development.

Prepares all necessary reports and paperwork.
Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
SUMMARY:
To assist the store manager in completing all operational aspects of the store as well as working with staff and customers to ensure Dirty Dogs quality standards are met.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Helping prepare the weekly product orders.

Submitting bi-weekly shampoo orders for groom room/ U-do it’s.

Receiving weekly product orders into Lightspeed.

Monitoring groom schedule for any errors.

Updating Store supplies order form weekly.

Making sure special orders process is completed.

Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments)

Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs.

Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best.

Coach and support new and existing Sales Associates.

Make sure all employees adhere to company’s policies and guidelines.

Act as your store’s representative and set an example for our staff.

Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
