- Responsible for ensuring their staff give great customer service as well as meet store sales and profitability goals. Includes: training, supervising and evaluating staff. Coordinates all store activities in a manner that maximizes sales, profits, and customer satisfaction.
- Overseeing store performance in the Average Value Per Sale metric Supporting and overseeing Assistant Manager's performance in product sales and average Value Per Sale Supervises the interviewing, selection, hiring, and training of all associates.
-Maintains a high level of customer service by ensuring that service standards are high and that complaints from customers are quickly resolved.
-Supervises freight process to ensure compliance to company guidelines and productivity standards.
-Maintains interior and exterior store standards; ensures merchandise presentation is in accordance with company direction.
-Implements safety and shrink best practices.
-Manages and supervises office functions, payroll, and controllable expenses.
-Develops and implements creative plans to increase store sales and decrease loss.
-Manages and maintains required inventory levels.

COMPENSATION:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our Pet Stylist must consistently perform all of the following duties and responsibilities with or without a reasonable accommodation. We have a front of house staff that answer phone calls and book your appointments so you can focus solely on the grooming services. Blow-dryers, tables, groomer's helpers, shampoos & conditioners, detangler/finishing sprays, ear powder and ear cleaner as well as blade coolant are provided by the company!
- Must be professional and provide safe grooming services as requested by customers.
- Provide a quick and courteous service to all customers by utilizing our “Check In” and “Check Out” Procedures.
- Treat every pet with compassion, including talking with the pet or using other techniques to calm the pet.
- Safely and effectively utilize grooming instruments including shears, clippers, brushes, combs, nail clippers, nail grinders and dryers.
- Must have a professional clipping ability to cut a pet's hair according to the determined pattern including combing and shaping the pet's coat. Read written and/or receive oral instructions to determine the clipping pattern desired by the customer.
- Ability to place the pet on the grooming table and fitting the grooming collar on the pet to safely secure the pet to the table.
- Prior to service, must review proportions of the pet to determine the most appropriate cutting pattern to achieve desired style.
- Following grooming service, must input all relevant notes in booking platform to help optimize future appointments.
- Clean and maintain the salon so that it is sanitary and safe for people and pets in accordance with daily and weekly salon cleaning checklists. Cleaning includes but is not limited to; all equipment, supplies, tools, force dryers, stand dryers, groom tables, tubs, windows, and floors.
- Must adhere to all Salon policies and employee handbook guidelines.
- Support a positive, professional, team-oriented, harassment-free work environment by understanding and complying with the Employee Handbook and Safety Policy/Manual Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Our Pet Bathers are responsible for providing our customers with safe, quality bathing services for their pets.

COMPENSATION:
Bather Trainees begin with 3 weeks of training at $16.85/hr + tips, then based on performance and positions available will be promoted to salon assistant role at $17.00/hr + 5% commission + tips or Bather at $16.85/hr + 2.5-15% commission + tips. .

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our Pet Bather must consistently perform all of the following duties and responsibilities with or without a reasonable accommodation. We have a front of house staff that answer phone calls and book your appointments so you can focus solely on the grooming services. Blow-dryers, tables, groomer's helpers, shampoos & conditioners, detangler/finishing sprays, ear powder and ear cleaner are provided by the company!
- Must be professional and provide safe grooming services as requested by customers.
- Required to supply own grooming equipment by the end of training period.
- Provide a quick and courteous service to all customers by utilizing our “Check In” and “Check Out” Procedures.
- Treat every pet with compassion, including talking with the pet or using other techniques to calm the pet.
- Safely and effectively utilize grooming instruments including 5-1 clippers, nail clippers, dremels, brushes/combs and dematting tools.
- Must have a professional clipping ability for paw pad shaving and sanitary areas.
- Read written and/or receive oral instructions to determine what services would benefit the pet.
- Ability to place the pet on the grooming table and fitting the grooming collar on the pet to safely secure the pet to the table.
- Following grooming service, must input all relevant notes in booking platform to help optimize future appointments
- Clean and maintain the salon so that it is sanitary and safe for people and pets in accordance with daily and weekly salon cleaning checklists.
- Cleaning includes but is not limited to; all equipment, supplies, tools, force dryers, stand dryers, groom tables, tubs, windows, and floors.
- Must adhere to all Salon policies and employee handbook guidelines.
- Support a positive, professional, team-oriented, harassment-free work environment by understanding and complying with the Employee Handbook and Safety Policy/Manual Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
